3 adjectives to describe your experience @Prysmian Group
The adjectives that can best describe my experience at Prysmian Group are dynamic, international, and challenging.
Firstly, the one year job rotation gave me the opportunity to try out three different roles within the company, which was a very dynamic experience on its own.
Secondly, my experiences here entail an international role, as I was responsible for developing Project Management culture in the South Europe region during my first year, and now as I am involved in international projects with clients and suppliers all over the world.
Last but not least, all the tasks I have encountered during my time here have been challenging, thus encouraging me to produce the best results for the company.
What do you like most about Prysmian?
Prysmian Group is the global leader in the telecom and energy cables industry, and therefore it provides an innumerable amount of opportunities for those who are part of it.
The company puts substantial efforts in providing outstanding guidance for professional development to its employees, such as the graduate program, people performance and development tools, international assignments, as well as training in the group academy.
What is the best thing about your job?
Being involved in complex, international projects within a highly competitive market is very stimulating. It motivates me to find the adequate subcontractors, thoroughly study their quotes and plan a negotiation strategy that ensures the right balance between the risk assumed and the overall cost.
Why would you recommend Prysmian to a young talent?
Prysmian Group is a great career starter for young talents eager to learn. The graduate program will give you a wide vision of the company business through the one year job rotation scheme, enabling you to discover your passion while exploring your potential. The international assignment will then give you the opportunity to overcome new challenges in a different country, helping you build a promising future.
