What do you do at Prysmian?

I work for PowerLink Portfolio Management Office team and I’m based in our office in Abu Dhabi . The role of this function is to create procedures and tools to be used in order to manage and monitor projects performances through a common system. Our objectives are to reduce and prevent risks, increase margins and facilitate our EPC selling proposition in delivering full turnkey project solution.

What is the best thing about your job?

The variety of tasks I handle every day. Since I started in this role I've experienced several knowledge areas like the management of cost, resources, risks and communication. I support decision makers with the review, reprioritization and optimization of the Middle East portfolio, ensuring timely and consistent communication between functions on projects progress, impacts and changes.
